MAGI Pitt Stop
Posted by Zach Bissell on May 30, 2018

We made a trip up to Pennsylvania this month to visit Mark and Jane Hatfield and Scott and Nicole Watson, MAGI coordinators in the Pittsburgh area. Their congregation, Whitehall Church of Christ, has jumped on board to help them gather and sort MAGI boxes.

As they campaigned to reach their 775-box goal, boxes began to flood in from different congregations across Pennsylvania but, they didn’t stop there! Congregations from Ohio and West Virginia also contributed boxes. The Army added multiple boxes as well. Amazingly, they received 1026 boxes in total.

The Hatfields and Watsons are using MAGI to teach their kids about giving. It has become a staple learning tool in their homeschool curriculum. Their kids are often picking things out at the store for MAGI boxes so that other kids will have gifts.

We are so thankful for these wonderful people and the Godly impact they are making!
