Healing Hands is excited to announce our Agriculture Workshops will be coming this spring to Ft. Worth, Texas and Nashville, Tennessee. March 19-21, Carl Burkybile, Director of Agriculture, will be in Ft. Worth demonstrating the very same agricultural skills he teaches in villages around the world, such as raised bed gardening, drip irrigation and composting techniques. These classes are perfect for community leaders, church missions volunteers, and home gardeners wanting to learn more efficient ways to grow food. These same classes will be offered in Nashville April 22-24.
On August 1 & 2, Carl will be back in Nashville to teach a Food Preservation Workshop which will focus on solar dehydration, pickling and canning, as well as other methods for preserving food. Why don't you join us for the workshops and become qualified to become a Volunteer Trainer?
