U.S. Workshops
Each year in April, HHI hosts a series of food sustainability workshops at our facilities in Nashville, TN. This event is for everyone from a Master Gardener to the "greenest" of gardeners. It is a great opportunity for those preparing for mission trips or church leaders who would like to reach out to their community. For 2012, Healing Hands is partnering with Lipscomb's Institute for Sustainable Practice and American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association (ARCSA) to host a series of workshops. The "Harvest the Rain, Reap the Grains" series covers Rainwater Harvesting, Food Production and Food Preservation. For more information on each workshop and to register, click the button below.

Sponsor A Family Garden
How much money would it take to feed your family this year? Did you know that for just $50 you can provide a family garden to feed a family of seven for several years to come?
Train A Village
Because HHI has an Agricultural Director living in Kenya, we are now able to conduct food sustainability workshops more frequently, with greater ease and less cost. By using the Create a Fundraising Page function, you and your friends could fund the training of an entire village, helping to educate communities on how to feed their families and neighbors.
